  • Scope. We customise the scope of each project through consultation with our clients to deliver the best trade-off between wide and deep data and cost
  • Customised categorisation schemes. All our clients have their online buzz analysed according to bespoke classification schemes which we jointly develop with them. This ensures the data we compile is useful and allows us to answer the research objectives the client sets
  • Reports. All our clients have dedicated templates for their reporting. These vary from one-page flash reports to detailed presentations of hundreds of pages. Sometimes reports are delivered daily; at other times quarterly or even annually. The key point for us is providing you with the style and frequency of reporting you need
  • Portal access. All customer data is delivered through our portal (as well as through our customised reports). Our portal provides easy access to benchmarking, allows clients to search for specific issues and it is also an interface for the latest data collected
  • Alerting. For those clients who need it, we deliver customised alerting services
